Alice of Old Vincennes

I just finished reading Alice of Old Vinceness and actually enjoyed the book. I had avoided it for years due to the fact I always thought it was a chick's romance. In actuality it painted a picture that I had never known about French Vincennes. I have read several books about George Rogers Clark and only now truly understand the seige of Fort Sackville. (lots of action and killing with a little bit of romance) I recommend the book strongly to anyone who enjoys history.
